Our mission
Buying off-plan property in a foreign country is hard. Information is scattered, brokerage chains push prices up, and most listing portals don't distinguish between a vetted project and a speculative pitch.
We built Cyprus Properties to fix that. Our role is to surface real inventory from developers we have audited, present it in a format an investor can actually compare, and route inquiries straight to the developer's sales team — without inserting additional commissions into the chain.
If a project doesn't pass our checks, it doesn't appear on the site. Simple as that.
How we vet developers
Every developer goes through a three-stage review before any project is published.
Developer registration check
We verify each developer's Cyprus Company Registry status, beneficial ownership, and good standing before they appear on the site.
Track-record review
We look at completed and active projects, on-time delivery history, finishing quality, and after-sales reputation through buyer references.
Project documentation audit
For every listed project we confirm planning permits, building permits, title deeds path, payment-plan integrity, and contract terms.
